Small, nice, and the sound carrie

Pros:
Good location and more or less recently renovated. Backyard access. Big windows.
Cons:
Thin walls means sound carries and it can get noisey. Washer/dryer never seemed to work quite well. Neighbors left something to be desired.
Advice to owner:
Nice units, but overpriced for what is worth. Also more regular maintainence of the common areas.

Pros:
Clean, new, appliances were good, we never had to ask for something to be fixed
Cons:
Only con was how small the 2 bedroom was

Poor Management

Pros:
Quiet building with friendly neighbors and a nice backyard
Cons:
Poor management practices, including illegal rent raises, difficulty in renewing (long breaks/delays in office communication), and refusal to return security deposit
No tenants have lived there for over 2 years and it's very telling of their business practices
Advice to owner:
Be more communicative with your tenants and adhere to NYC rental laws
