Solid apartment building

Pros

A wonderful building - rent stabilized, smooth showing process, great location, and one of the most responsive bookkeepers I've ever worked with (I've lived in the city for 6 years). I wouldn't have moved if it hadn't been for my roommate moving in with her partner.

Cons

Not dog friendly, unfortunately :(

Cons

Did have a flooding issue due to backed up pipes.
