Multiple scaldings per shower, flickering electricity when using appliances, lack of garbage mgmt in front of the building attracted many many rats, inner courtyard was a dump
Reassess the garbage strategy and hire a pest consultant to eliminate the large rat infestation in the front yard of the three connected buildings.
