Great Management and Beautiful Building

Super great management in the building who is extremely responsive.

Slightly weird location which can be noisy given the street noise on 7th.

Great building better staff

Pros

The doormen are among the best. Super friendly always helpful. The maintenance staff will come up within 15 minutes and will help with the smallest of problems.

Cons

AC units are not cold on hot days. My sink backed up and flooded my room a few times.
