Review Summary for Moses Mizrahi
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for buildings managed by Moses Mizrahi reveal significant concerns about building upkeep and management responsiveness. Tenants report poor cleanliness, inadequate heating, and unresolved maintenance issues like mold and damaged flooring. Garbage management and security control appear inconsistent, with some residents noting package theft and unauthorized access. Neighbor relations vary but often coincide with high noise levels and pest problems. Accessibility is limited, with no ADA accommodations and challenging walk-up stairs. While some appreciate the neighborhood amenities, overall dissatisfaction with slow owner response and building conditions suggests a need for improved maintenance, enhanced security, and greater attention to tenant concerns to foster a safer, more comfortable living environment.

It's just fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
the neighbors are all chill
Cons:
6 floor walk up should be illegal, and there's no ADA access

RUN AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely nothing good to say.
Cons:
Do not consider this building at all. Neighbors steal you packages, then knock on your door claiming that they “found them all opened” then ask money in return. Management knows about this and does absolutely nothing. Also, they do not care about the structure. Flooring is moldy and disgusting and they do not want to repair it.

Horrible but manageable
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has several school in its area that are really great if you have children. The hospital is also close by. And so are the supermarkets and other necessities.
Cons:
They give no heat in the winter. They do minimal cleaning When something is broken it takes them forever to come around and repair it. There’s always an issues with the first flight of stairs due to them always being dirty. They’re is no control on who comes in and out so you will find trash on the stairs and spilled liquids. And if it doesn’t bother you some times you’ll find a homeless family member from one of the neighbors sleeping under the stairs.
