Loft Living without the pretentiousness
Former Tenant
Pros:
Historical building with units that have high ceilings and open floor plans. My favorite NYC apt ever.
Cons:
Scaffolding and construction for a few years, but, still the best.

Amazingly managed buildings.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here in 2021, had to move away, and came right back to another unit in 2023. The apartments here regularly renovated between tenants and the property management is impeccable. They're always accessible and available. The doormen are lovely, and the location is unbeatable.
Cons:
Once you live here, the convenience and the building will ruin other apartments for you.

Great team in a nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's quiet, never wait for an elevator, very helpful doormen (and women), and mgmt is very nice. And the apt are beautiful, large windows and some great details.
Cons:
I really feel like the lobby area should have hvac -- the height of summers and winters are rough for the doormen.
