DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat is always on point.
Cons:
Once you view it, you may say the appliances are beautiful, but once you move in you will be seeing ALL sorts of rats, mices, roaches (THE WHOLE ARMY!!)

Oh and the MGMT staff, rude and unprofessional!

And the super Jose doesnt fix anything unless theres court ordered document.
Advice to owner:
Quit being a slumlord!

They don’t repair anything.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bathroom ceiling failed down in multiple occasions. They take weeks to do a repair. The last time the ceiling felt down , it took them 1 week to repair it. The pros is that I walked out of that place with no injuries.
Cons:
The bathroom ceiling , not only felt on my apartment. But also, at my neighbors. They were not as lucky as me to walked out without injuries. My neighbors son was taken in a ambulance, after the ceiling felt on him while taking a bath.
Advice to owner:
Invest money on fixing the building. People is paying to be in a place that the should feel safe.
