AWFUL! DO NOT RENT HERE

The water pressure. Hardly a pro.

Everything. I do not know why I even decided to live here. The stairwell is dirty, and it's very small. Wouldn't be irritiated at people hanging out in the narrow stairwell all day smoking if they cleaned up after themselves. It's a constant ashtray. The apartment itself had the most disgusting cockroach infestation. All around terrible place.

Advice to the owners

Rehab the place so that people aren't expected to live in filth.

no heat or 3 weeks last winter entire bdg - insuffuc staff bld always dirty etc

New owners ~2 years ago - prev owner had 2-3 supers/support staff - immediately reduced to 1 person who is clearly understaffed - service calls take months to address - insufficient pest control
