A well-rounded apartment

Pros

This apartment is close to prospect park and is located in a nice, trendy area. Great lighting, hardwood floors, large bedroom and bathroom, and lots of closet space.

Pros

On sight Super who watches the building well. Some units remodeled, regular pest control comes once a month. Rent payment done online, autopay.

Cons

Noisy corner. Saw a cockroach here and there & heard rats in the walls though never saw any. was not really clean upon move in.
