Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Reviews for buildings managed by Jeff Pisano reflect a mixed experience among tenants. Positive aspects include responsive management and well-maintained garbage management, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and effective pest control. However, issues such as noisy environments, frequent elevator outages, and insufficient communication from management have been noted, often leading to dissatisfaction. While some residents appreciate the convenient locations and renovated apartments, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved maintenance and management responsiveness. Potential renters should weigh these factors carefully when considering these buildings.
