A great home
Pros
The location The price is great but only because my dad has been there for over 25 years Lots of rooms
Cons
Everything is old Owner increases rent if anything is asked of him (Wanted to increase our rent by 200$ for a simple oven that wouldn't cost much. Much cheaper to buy a used one and save 200$ a month for years a come) Heat is always a problem in the winter Electrical is old. Has never been changed since living there. The landlord has no care for the people living in the building.
Advice to the owners
Learn to be a human first then a landlord. We've never missed a payment.
