Apartment was nice building not so much
Former Tenant
Pros:
Noise from other tenants was almost nonexistent. Video intercom made receiving packages easy. Heat and AC both work very well.
Cons:
Basement was often very gross and had a constant past problem although this didn't generally overflow into our apartment. The basement flooded once —the intersection of Tompkins and Fulton is a low point. The windows did not provide a lot of insulation and the street is very noisy.
Advice to owner:
IDK what to put here...
