Terrible Overall Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access is nice.
Cons:
The overall management by Bedford Management is awful. It takes them forever to respond, whether by email or phone. It take takes a minimum of six weeks for a repair service ticket to be acknowledged, even if it is a serious issue that might be involve the health and safety of the tenants.
Advice to owner:
The property owner should get a different management company to manage this property.
