Pros

The Balcony was amazing, beautiful sunsets on the roof, backyard, lots of natural light, not looking in anyone's window, next to grocery store, two trains , laundry in the building

Cons

Small. Management moved in a bunch of 23 year olds and the roof went to shit. Like most luxury buildings it sort of set it and forget it. It was a BEAUTIFUL apartment, and well-loved but over the years it started to look crappy and neglected

Please repair the room and hire someone to clean the gym once a month

It's been good to us

Pros

Modern building, central air generally worked well, building taken care of pretty well (common areas cleaned on at least a weekly basis), any time we had serious maintenance issues in the apartment they attended to it the same day or shortly after

Cons

Frequent issues with the building dryer (only one washer + dryer for the building), instead of replacing it they had it repaired a couple of times and also then raised the price of also the washer and the dryer... we also had problems with people slipping into the building and stealing peoples mail and management didn't do much to help and once even tried to charge me to see the security footage. They also let the furniture on the roof go to total ruin, never replaced or updated since I moved in 6 years ago

Advice to the owners

Make the roof nice again! And hire/create more resources for your team on Saturdays when you are observing Shabbat.
