Awful Landlord and building
Pros
Absolutely nothing. The apartment looks nice at first glance but the construction is terrible. The whole place is poorly sealed, pests can get in and you’ll constantly be running the heat or AC all year round.
Cons
-Nail salon moved into the retail space with improper ventilation and the fumes vent DIRECTLY into the apartments. Landlord doesn’t care. -cockroaches, mice, ants, you name it, you’ll have it. -There’s garbage everywhere -Neighborhood is loud -Pipes constantly burst because the insulation in the building is so poor. The apartment above mine flooded 3 times and ruined my belongings. Mine froze often in the winter. -Water gets shut off randomly
Advice to the owners
try taking responsibility for complaints and actually fixing problems instead of saying they’re invalid.
