Pros

Garbage management and ice management was reliable, only saw 1 cockroach the whole year bc good pest control, neighbors are respectful.

Cons

Was on level 2 - very little light and dark kitchen, 104/Amsterdam can be very sketchy, layout of 3 bed isn't super practical, the side walk by the building has a lot of rats.
