The apartment has been a quiet and comfortable place to live. Since the unit faces the inner courtyard, street noise is very limited. Super is very responsive.
Occasionally, I can hear some noise from the courtyard below, and there is sometimes a slight laundry smell in the hallway area, but nothing too disruptive.
