great location, central AC is nice, rooms a good size
water pressure cuts out randomly, managment doesn’t fix problems they just make temporary fixes that keep having to be corrected
Quiet neighbors. Good appliances.
Garbage bins outside the building would often attract flies that can find their way into the building and then the apartments
