Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Not too bad

Pros

The location is perfect. My apartment never had any maintenance issues. Whenever I interacted with the super in the hallways, he was always very nice and responsive.

Cons

Everything about the building is dated. No laundry room. The stairs are very steep and narrow. There’s a longtime tenant in apartment 3B that absolutely loses their mind if they so much as hear a pin drop. I wouldn’t recommend living in an apartment above or below them as it was very stressful to be repeatedly harassed over small everyday noises.

Advice to the owners

Invest in upgrades where possible.

Nice family run building

Pros

Great building with lovely residents.

Cons

Garbage could be better but hey it’s a rent stabilized walk up

Advice to the owners

Keep being cool
