Cute luxury building on the outskirts

Pros:
I was here for 4 years in a very spacious studio apartmentt with amenities like a doorman, package room, elevator, and dishwasher. Super lives onsite and was generally helpful. There is also a garage for an extra fee.
Cons:
Very thin walls, you could hear EVERYTHING in the apt next door.
