Worse place I ever lived

Pros

Private home style living

Cons

Rented an apartment through this real estate last year. I found the listing on Trulia. Communicating with this office was almost impossible over the phone. Anyways I moved in 04/2023 with the “help” of one of their “realtors” who turned out to be the daughter of the home owner I was moving in. If you ever see the name CHERLY HAMILTON Or Cheryl Hescott please run away! Her father passed away 09/2023 & things went really bad after that. My daughter and I had no heat all winter, chipped paint sealing, Rats issue & the noise upstairs is unbearable when their family & kids are over. I literally have evidence of every single complaint. Court filing of an HP Action against her as well due to their city violation of failure to provide heat and give access to 311 emergency repair team for them to see boiler because they were afraid of being $5000 (Cheryl stated this herself)”. She also refused to renew my lease because of my good faith complaints to 311 in 01/24 after me asking her since 10/23 about getting the heat on. Mind you she already agreed to renew it in 12/23 before I made the calls! Cheryl also knowingly took rent money from me in 12/23 knowing that HRA already sent a check on my behalf & took dayssss before the holidays to send it back. I have proof of literally EVERYTHINGx Overall my experience with renting through this agency was very traumatic and horrible. I’m currently in therapy and under psychiatric treatment due being traumatized during this one year experience.

The good and bad

Pros

Very quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard area and playground for children to play.

Cons

Security is nonexistent. The building upkeep has gotten worse. Elevators always faulty, maintenance do not fix things in timely manner
