Not worth it

Pros:
Great location
Quick access to train, supermarket and restaurant
Nice friendly super
Cons:
Noise and smoke from bus idling at the bus stop in front and tour bus parking next door.
The managment are rude and will shout at you on the phone. They are very tricky and shady. Not willing to work with you. Show no interest in negotiation with you. Will threaten you.

The management are rude and tricky

Pros:
Clean, unique layout and close to multiple subways.
Cons:
No laundry in bldg, no elevator and can be noisy due to school next door.
