Gorgeous house with awful property managerss
Pros
Gorgeous backyard and really nice kitchens on both floors. Laundry in basement and on 3rd floor were great. Nice building!
Cons
The house changed property managers at least 3 times while I lived there. Each was more and more unresponsive. Isaac was the worst and he seemed to be involved in all three of the companies. Very shady. We just didn't have hot water for almost a week once. They also didn't take care of salting the sidewalk so we received summons by the city multiple times.
Advice to the owners
You need to be more responsive to your tenants when issues arise. Not just hen you want to install fancy unnecessary appliances just to bring up your property value.
