Having a great experience!
Pros
The owners we rent from are extremely responsive and helpful. Our apartment itself has a pretty spacious living area. Master bedroom is also spacious.
Cons
The secondary bedroom could be bigger. The bathroom could be bigger. The kitchen floors could be cleaner/replaced. Also, the radiators seem to not run much during the day so it gets quite cold if you work from home.

Nice neighbors, pretty quiet - close to the subway Q station!
Cons
Smells on occasion in the common spaces!
