Amazingly run building

Pros

Great amenities, very clean and well run and still a bargain in comparison with rest of neighborhood

Cons

A lot of old people who bought at the first build and always have something to complain about. Also right on Broadway so can be noisy depending on unit

Really great group of doormen. Neighbors were nice and unpretentious despite it being a fancy building
