great location but bad landlord and frequent problems

good location, helplful super, friendly neighbors
Cons
problems often left unfixed for a long time, frequent issues with heat and other issues in the building, landlord can be rude, can be noisy, halls and stairs not very well maintained, there is an ongoing issue with illegal short term rentals in the building
