Located one block from Central Park. Convenient subway options.

Cons

- Brusco group is unprofessional. - terrible communicators. - horrible property managers. - require mailing rent check with stub. - zero follow up or accountability!! - disrespectful AF!!

The hallways are a sweat lodge.

I’ve lived in New York my entire life and these are the hottest hallways I’ve ever experienced, they could at a minimum use a fan. Walls are thin, can hear sex from 1C all the way up on the fourth floor. Overpriced for outdated kitchen/bathroom. Also the trash out front is embarrassing, there are always men loitering on the stoop at night. I’m
