Great renting experience

Pros

The building and management were awesome. The space was small but beautiful and I loved living there. Location is gorgeous and management was always responsive to any concerns. The only reason I left was due to rent increases since I had a covid deal.

Cons

No laundry in building or elevator, but the cleanliness of the apartment/building, all renovated, and location were totally worth it
