Avoid this landlord
Pros
Great location, good washer / dryer, working fireplace
Cons
Drafty windows, no shoveling outside building after storm, very stingy with heat — i have to run 3 space heaters to get my place above 63 degrees, contracted out maintenance, dishwasher is weak, no fan in bathroom would be fine if i wasn’t paying 5.5K a month for this place
