Decent Mid-Range Bldg

Pros

My old bldg! Loved the neighborhood and nice neighbors. Elevator. Generally, a good experience. Positive memories.

Cons

Walls/floors thin especially on the first floor. U can hear everything and people can be mad disrespectful. The super was tricky, was kinda weird w/ younger women. Sometimes nice, sometimes mean. Also heads up: no video bell, or there wasn't... packages get stolen alllll the time. So solid bldg, but noisy, package issue & super

install video bell if you have not!

Best building ever

Pros

Great and fair landlord, super is awesome and attentive. Location doesn't get better than this.

Depending on the unit, natural light can be a little low.
