Nicer than a walk up, not as fancy as a doorman building

Pros:
Live in super, building once was home to a great NYHRC
Cons:
Apartments are super cold in winter because of drafty windows. No on-site laundry
Advice to owner:
Replace carpets and buzzer system. Put in laundry
