Nicer than a walk up, not as fancy as a doorman building. Great super.

Cons

New gym is expensive and the building tenants haven’t been offered a break.

Live in super, building once was home to a great NYHRC

Apartments are super cold in winter because of drafty windows. No on-site laundry
