Pros
Great, spacious apartment layout with a private balcony. The doormen are all lovely. Water pressure is incredible. 10 minute walk from a lot of subway lines.
Cons
Owner Beth is not very responsive, we got forwarded to her voicemail for the first six months of living here and it took another two months for them to arrange coming over and fixing our kitchen cabinets (which we were told would happen before we moved in). We've been getting as many as 3-4 roaches a week in the early fall and late spring so far and management is largely unresponsive — Dion, the doorman, is very helpful and kind in regards to our communication with them, as he has advocated for sending exterminators but to varying degrees of success. Also they pushed back our move-in by 5 days vs what was advertised.. was fine for our schedules but beware.
