Great building staff, awful landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good staff, nice, friendly, responsive
Cons:
Worst landlord ever. Non communicative, dismissive, lazy. It’s taken over 2 months to get our security deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Get with the program. You can’t hold peoples money hostage.

A unit review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff are all really good and nice. Repairs are usually pretty quick.
Cons:
Sometimes had plumbing problems. Additionally you have to wait to switch between ac and heat since the whole building can only support one at a time.
