Review Summary for Beth Delaurentis
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight that buildings owned by BETH DELAURENTIS are generally well-maintained with excellent cleanliness and garbage management. The staff, especially the doormen, are commended for being friendly and responsive. However, there are concerns about the landlord's responsiveness and communication, with some tenants experiencing delays in maintenance requests and issues with security deposit refunds. Despite these drawbacks, residents appreciate the convenient location, spacious units, and amenities like washer-dryers and balconies. Overall, the buildings are recommended for their good staff and comfortable living spaces, but improvements in landlord communication are suggested.

Great option for flexing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman were great, area felt safe, the proximity to Trader Joe’s is unmatched and the unit was clean. Flex room goes to ceiling and can fit a queen and a desk so a great option to flex!
Cons:
The laundry was SO expensive ($8 per load - 4 for washer and dryer). You also had to hound super and landlord to get things done - on the maintenance app if I didn’t write “emergency” in all caps it was basically ignored. Pro tip is to be friends with the doorman because those are the people that advocate for you and actually get stuff done in the building.
Advice to owner:
I don’t care if maintenance request will take two weeks to fill but you need to tell me realistic timeline and then update me. Please improve customer experience in that way

Pretty Good, especially for location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Kind doormen and package system
Elevators
Washer Dryers
Balconies and floor to ceiling windows
Spacious, not bad for price
Cons:
Some maintance is not available (some light switches and outlets have been broken since we gotten here)
Gotten instances of brown water from construction nearby
Can be loud sometimes as near bridge, especially in lower levels

Great building staff, awful landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good staff, nice, friendly, responsive
Cons:
Worst landlord ever. Non communicative, dismissive, lazy. It’s taken over 2 months to get our security deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Get with the program. You can’t hold peoples money hostage.

A unit review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff are all really good and nice. Repairs are usually pretty quick.
Cons:
Sometimes had plumbing problems. Additionally you have to wait to switch between ac and heat since the whole building can only support one at a time.
