Prewar and full of charm
Pros
The staff are so friendly, never had a major pest incident (reads: mouse or rat), and you get tons of space. Also can’t beat utilities being included!
Cons
Some parts of the building and apartments are just old and constantly broken down. There are also quite a few unhoused people always loitering around.

Apartments are great, management is slow a lot of the time

Building overall is very nice, good neighbors, good doormen.
Cons
Management can sometimes be extremely slow to respond to maintenance requests and sometimes outright ignore them
