- building is clean - all staff is exceptional - feels safe/welcoming - nice amenities - pet friendly

Cons

- hallway carpets can use an uplift - delays with service requests that you need to follow up on - no in unit W/D - pricey esp compared to newer buildings elsewhere that offer a bit more
