Great location. Pretty quiet.
The common spaces are cleaned once a month or less. Water dripping from the roof on the stairs when it rains a lot. Huge crack on the wall that goes from the 1st flour to the 4th one in the staircase area. The buildings door is loud and sometimes hard to open.
