Great units, subpar management

Pros

The units have decent sized rooms, big windows, high ceilings, dishwashers, central AC, and modern furnishings. There is laundromat right next door. Roof access is nice as well and it's in a great area

Cons

Halls and stairs never cleaned, management totally unresponsive about literally everything. There is a group of guys that post up right outside paying loud music all day and night every summer. Front door has not been secure for nearly 2 years now? Packages often get stolen.

Okay but not great

Pros

LOVE the neighborhood, and it’s actually a really nice space

Cons

The management company is okay, they aren’t awful but also not great. The trash out front of the building is a consistent problem.
