Easy access to transit (B44, 2/3 Nostrand, 4/5 Franklin Ave) Packages almost never get stolen

Cons

Roach problem (can be somewhat easy to fix inside your apartment, but you see them in the hallway) Management is almost all by phone — no website or email to submit requests or get help
