Former tenant·just now

Good location, good price, decent apartment

Pros

Amazing location, price was great for the location, landlord was very responsive to any issues. Bathroom issues were fixed quickly. Pest control issues were dealt with very responsively.

Cons

My biggest complaint was some of the neighbors were constantly super loud. One neighbor played super loud music all the time. The other neighbor was an alcoholic and played loud tv late into the night and the morning. Not all neighbors were bad, only a select few. Smaller complaints Common area was not maintained, it was very dirty and the super only cleaned it like once a year. Trash management was pretty bad but then again that was mostly because some tenants did not know how to sort it and put it in the correct bins.

Advice to the owners

Get rid of the bad tenants, clean common area more often

Good value in nice neighborhood

Pros

Nicely renovated unit with a manageable layout for 2 bedrooms.

Cons

Laundry machines are not maintained. Common areas are not cleaned. Stairwell is dirty. Windows need updating to improve heating and cooling efficiency.

Advice to the owners

Clean the common areas and it will drastically improve the curb appeal of the building.
