Great space, downstairs noise

Pros:
Beautiful renovated space with large primary bedroom, nice bathrooms, and great kitchen
Cons:
Downstairs neighbors have parties all summer that are loud and go until 2 or 3, lots of strangers hanging out around the front door and many of them cat call or make the women in the building uncomfortable

Pros:
Lived here for 3 years and had a great experience. Building kept up, attentive management. Perfect location.
Cons:
no issues though the splits (no radiator) does make it hard to heat on really cold days. Love the units in the summer though.
Advice to owner:
I don’t know the owner, we worked with management company and they were always helpful.
