Good apartment to live in

Generally good place to live
Cons:
Hallways are always dirty and rarely cleaned

Good for NYC standards

Pros:
Good location, closet space and overall general upkeep.
Cons:
Landlord and super can be difficult (not the office employees). Packages have been taken by other tenants.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the intercom system to video
