Review Summary for Enrico Campagnoli
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews of buildings owned by Enrico Campagnoli highlight mixed feedback. Residents appreciate the responsive management and convenient location. Positive aspects include efficient garbage management and good water pressure. However, noise levels seem to be a recurring issue, with complaints about thin walls, disruptive neighbors, and occasional pest problems. Some tenants mention delayed resolution of maintenance issues like heating problems and pest control. Suggestions for improvement include addressing noise disturbances, upgrading facilities, and enhancing pest control measures. Overall, while the management's responsiveness is praised, addressing noise and maintenance concerns could enhance the living experience for tenants.

first nyc apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:

Cons:
had a roach infestation but they didnt come back
Over 2 years ago
Not bad but overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great, and most of the tenants are friendly!
Cons:
Loud, not just street noise, but from the couple that fights on the second floor and their dog. Can be freezing at times. Lots of bugs, we were told several times the exterminator was coming but it took months to resolve.
Our bathtub dripped to the floor below, and it was never resolved, we were just told not to take baths.
Advice to owner:
Lower the price

Great Value, Lot of Noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Price, location, living room size, great super and maintenance
Cons:
Noise (thin walls/ceilings and band practices in basement), little natural light on the back side, rowdy neighbors/intermittent fights amongst the family tenants
Advice to owner:
Work on the noise of the band in the basement. Update the kitchen to match some of the nicer units. Combat petite roach problem.
