Owner is into heavy drugs and the door was kick off and the window not working

Own bathroom other tenants are nice
Cons
Dead rat smell cabinets missing tenant sleeping in living room no water pressure had the clean the apartment fridge and freezer horrible with stains and smells no access to the stove commet is dried up only one functioning stove mice and roaches
Advice to the owners
Stop doing drugs attend to your property and don’t rent rooms until you renovate the door was broken kicthen dirty and clean out dead animals don’t take advantage of people looking for a place to live don’t hide problems of your space you’re renting
