Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

If you love extra roommates (cockroaches), live here!

Pros

Good lighting in the halls

Cons

Broken steps, dirty, wreaks of cigarettes, packages are constantly stolen, huge cockroach problem over the summer despite receiving monthly sprays and getting every type of poison and retardant. I have trauma from living here lol

Living in roach hell

Pros

Good location right next to the B/D stop, washer/dryer in unit plus dishwasher are also a pro. It’s a gut reno so everything inside is pretty nice

Cons

All of the pros are NOT outweighed by the massive roach problem. Despite monthly (if not more frequent) exterminator sprays and a multitude of additional poisons, NOTHING gets rid of these roaches. They are everywhere. We see on average 3-10 DAILY, in all sizes. There are so many babies there must be nests in the wall. Nothing gets rid of them. Save yourself and do not live here. Also forgot to mention, packages frequently get stolen with little to no follow up from management.
