Decent and satisfactory

Pros

Neighbors are amazing, garbage doesn’t pile up, heating works

Cons

If you need any work done it takes so much time to get done — I have mold growing in the bathroom and it still hasn’t been fixed after multiple times of me reaching out to them

Advice to the owners

Fix things for the tenants in a timely manner.

Building from HELL

Pros

At least I have a roof over my head.

Cons

If you submit a complaint, not only do you have to submit the claim through WhatsApp (which they later changed to paper form) but be prepared to wait two years or more, for someone to take care of the issue, also get ready to pay rent on time despite having your apartment falling apart! My doorbell doesn’t open the door downstairs so I often missed deliveries or packages, I’ve had my fridge plugged into an extension cord, and not only is that a fire hazard it’s an electrocution hazard, I have mold in my bathroom since God knows when, my tub needs caulking and my ceiling is chipped in different areas of the apartment not to mention the lifted tiles in my bedroom and kitchen. They often give no heat when it’s freezing outsideso make sure you get yourself an electric heater, as well as being ready for them to shut the hot water off with no previous warning. Be prepared for your ceiling to collapse at least once a year and rats invade your apartment because they won’t come and fix it for WEEKS. And if you thought of getting a good night’s sleep in the summer, forget about it, trespassers will keep you up until four in the morning by playing loud music. Enjoy!
