Always bug problems
Pros
Location is convenient. Train and bus nearby. Hospital, bank, laundry grocery nearby.
Cons
Rude suuper. Will always blame you for issues even if things broke on there own. Always bugs. Always always bugs!!! Bed bugs! Roaches! All bugs. Cracks in walls, water leaks on ceiling never fix.

How close it is to the subway.
Cons
The super is hard to get a hold off and can get annoyed at you. The rent keeps increasing.
