Okay but not worth it

Pros:
convenient location near shops and trains.
Cons:
Property manager is very difficult. The place is not super clean and is quite small for its price. Walls are thin and the heater is not always on in the winter.

Unfortunate, Conveniently Located.

Pros:
Conveniently located, nice neighbors, got my security deposit back, lots of windows.
Cons:
Persistent mouse problem throughout building, persistent problem with pipes banging extremely loudly in the middle of the night, repairs like broken dishwasher left unaddressed, rude Super.
Advice to owner:
Focus on attending to tenant’s needs promptly.

Pros:
Pretty decent apartment in a decent building. Quiet neighbors, good privacy.
Cons:
It’s pretty much an old tenement building so if you’re not directly looking onto the street then your apartment isn’t getting enough sunlight
