Avoid at all costs
Pros
“Updated kitchen” but had birds in duct above oven. Landlords were slow to respond to requests to remove.
Cons
Garage ceiling was sagging and dripping water for years. Broken garage door allowed access to building for months on end. Landlords slow to respond to requests to repair.
Advice to the owners
Get a new broker and be more responsive to tenant complaints
