Quiet neighborhood. Newer amenities Landlord was nice and easy to communicate with. Addressed issues quickly.

Cons

A lot of roaches considering it is a new building. Issues with washing machines. Not regularly maintained. Super would change regularly and tenants weren’t notified. Backyard was full of dog poo— tenants weren’t responsible about this

Inform tenants about changes esp when it comes to super Make sure to seal any holes before a new tenant moves in
