Lovely building, great location, some issues with maintenance

Pros

Great location, love the block. Wonderful neighbors. Love the hardwood floors, wood doorframes, and simple, old school interior.

Cons

It's a newer, cheaper build. We had some issues with water leaking during a big storm, particularly in the upper floors. There were also some pest issues, which the landlord was willing to help us navigate, but it took longer than it should have.
