Pros

Can walk to subway. Prewar building probably looked nice half a century ago.

Cons

Rats and Rat Poop EVERYWHERE. Ceilings frequently collapse. Management almost never answer phone.

Pros

The heating system was really good for the winter It was close to the 145th street station (A, D, B, C trains) Neighbors are chill Close to a Foodtown Close to a Laundromat Landlord was extra sweet and caring

Cons

There are way too many rats outside the building Trash filled alley The elevator is really slow and old
